your teaching; look out for free online courses, subscribed to journals and teaching materials, watch related videos and more for lessons in teaching English successfully. The easiest way to learn is by observing. Make it a point to attend classes of other English teachers in your school and get valuable insights from them. Similarly, observe the activities of the English department in your school and help each other in resources sharing and brainstorming for successful lesson plans and activities.

Understanding the dynamics of the learner is key to successful teaching. Get to know their language proficiency level, age and other important factors when preparing for your lessons. Make the lessons interesting and engaging, using real life scenarios, cartoons, visual aids and games to keep them focused and interested.
